I have been feeling pretty good lately! I know a lot of my posts are full of pessimism, negativity, and bitchin’. But, I mean, that’s why I started this blog…to vent. However, I think it’s good to vent about positivity and good vibes as well. It is a part of fighting depression and anxiety. You have to be able to recognize the good times and celebrate them if you want to successfully navigate through life. If you’re like me, you know the good vibes come few and far between. When they come I think they should be celebrated just as much as any other achievement, because, for those who are often depressed, it is an achievement.
